Project costs are fixed, but calculated based on an hourly rate. My current rate is $45/hour. When contracting, you will be given a cost based on an estimated time frame. If it takes less, charges will only apply for the hours worked. If it takes more, charges will NOT exceed the original cost estimate.

• TicketMaster Seating Chart Converter (venue size - less than 1,000): $360.00
• TicketMaster Seating Chart Converter (venue size - 1,000 to 3,000): $675.00 (less if excel seating chart already created)
• TicketMaster Seating Chart Converter (venue size - over 3,000): $900.00+
• Custom Excel Marketing Calendar/Tracker: $450.00
• Access Patron Tracking Database (w/out staff Microsoft Access training): ~$1,200
• Access Patron Tracking Database (w/staff Microsoft Access training): ~$2,160

Support

Every contract includes 3 months of additional support for minor fixes and touch-ups. After that 3 month period, additional support will be charged at the standard billing rate. If a project requires additional support that was not included in the original scope of work, for example adding new features and functionality to a database, a new contract will be drafted to cover the time estimated to complete this work.

All costs listed above are approximates; your estimate may be more or less based on a variety of factors due to the potential trickiness of custom excel and database work. But don't worry, all estimates are free! It doesn't hurt to ask.
